Research Lab Logo Competition
Drs. Brandi Frisby and Renee Kaufmann invite any student at the University of Kentucky to compete in a logo design contest. The winner will be awarded a $50 Amazon Gift Card!
About the Lab:
The SIS TECHub was founded in 2017. This is a lab that is designed to be interdisciplinary, collaborative, and to advance the school’s ability to conduct research using cutting edge technology and to address forward thinking research problems.
This lab is shared in the School of Information Science – an interdisciplinary unit that houses instructional communication research (ICR), information and communication technology (ICT), communication and information studies (CIS), library science (LIS), and information studies (IS) faculty and students. The TECHub (Technology, Education, and Communication hub) will include technology that allows for recording interactions, displaying stimulus materials, collecting continuous responses and psychometric data, virtual reality equipment, and more.
We are interested in reviewing, and selecting, logo designs that accurately capture the nature of this exciting new research lab.

- The logo must be something that would work on a door sign, letterhead, and in email signatures.

- The student(s) must be currently enrolled in at least one UK course.
Timeline:
- Logos must be submitted to brandi.frisby [at] uky.edu, as an attachment, by September 15th.
